Experience

We know SBA lending.

Enhanced Consultive Solutions LLC (ECS) was created in 2004; the experience of the founder and principal of ECS, Lisa G. Lerner, dates back 30 years. Her previous experience includes oversight of a national loan-processing center for government guaranteed lending for Bank One (currently known as JP Morgan Chase). Prior to this national position, she managed a regional SBA loan processing center for Wells Fargo Bank.

For approximately a year, Lisa participated in a team of subject matter experts working with SBA and COLSON/BNY Mellon during a phase of development for the SBA’s SBA ONE platform.

Her background also includes extensive entrepreneurial experience as Chief Operating Officer at RLC Financial Corporation which provided asset based financing to small and medium size businesses.

Our Clients

Helping you with compliance and efficiency.

We provide commercial loan processing consulting and assistance for small to mid-size lenders including, but not limited to:

SBA loan policy and SBA Loan procedures development and training.

Maintaining a streamlined process, including utilizing electronic tools.

We can also provide oversight of your processing team to ensure they are fully trained and able to handle the work load required.

Small Business Administration lending requires full, current and complete understanding of the agency rules and guidelines.

We can analyze the credit application submitted by the small business to assess the SBA loan eligibility points and requirements, thus adding the SBA “wrapper” on your credit. This “wrapper” may likely include topics such as franchises, equity injection, and other key due diligence key areas.
